    Express Transportation is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Your phone call will always be answered!

  • What areas do your service?

    We service all of NJ & the tri state area including Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten Island, Rockland County, Westchester County, Orange County, Richmond County & New York County. We also service the following Pennsylvania areas: Bucks, Lehigh, Northampton & Philadelphia!

  • What is an STC Charge?

    The STC charge is a variable charge that we use to compensate for short term fluctuations in the price of fuel, insurance and other costs associated with our cost of doing business. The STC is generally 10% of the amount of the fare and gives us the ability to make minor adjustments in revenue without having to change our base rates.

  • What if there is a delay and the driver has to wait for me?

    For commercial airport pickup we allow 45 mins at all airports domestic from the most recent updated arrival time, 60 mins international, and 15 mins all other locations. Billing begins at scheduled pick-up time; waiting time charged at 30 min increments.

  • Do you charge more on Holidays?

    The rates are different during Holiday travel a $25 service charge is applied on following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

  • How do I contact my driver?

    As a courtesy you are sent an automated email and text with your driver information 6 hours prior to your scheduled pick up however you can always call 732-397-7377 to speak to a dispatcher.

  • What is Express Limo's cancellation policy?

    In the New Jersey, New York, and Philadelphia regions we accept cancellations without charge up to 6 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time. All Stretch Limousines, Executive Vans & Mercedes Sprinter have a 72-hour cancellation policy.

    Cancellations not made according to these guidelines are subject to a cancellation fee up to and including the full billing price. All Cancellations are subject to an office-processing fee.

    Note: All hourly limo, van and sprinter reservations require a $250 non-refundable deposit at time of booking.
